At Events by Christina, we take your wedding preparations off your shoulders but never out of your hands. That starts with a personal consultation where we get to know the two of you -- your style and your stories. Then, we combine meticulous planning with impeccable attention to detail to plan the wedding of your dreams, which leaves you free to relax and enjoy the most important day of your lives.

Planning Services:
o Initial Consultation
o Customized information with all your needs listed.
o Create Planning Checklist
o Planning Sessions; 8mo, 5mo, 3mo, 1mo
o UNLIMITED phone calls, emails and texts *
o Coordinate and confirm vendor arrivals and deliveries
o Personalized detailed timeline – copy given to all vendors
o Venue Walk through 2 weeks prior
o Wedding rehearsal – 1 hour
o Primary Point of Contact for all vendors
o Ceremony / Reception décor set-up (tables/chairs / bows extra $$)
o Direct bridal Processional
o Assist wedding party and guests as needed
o Help with bustling
o Distribute final vendor payments (if applicable)
o Collect items at end of night
o Recommendations and Referrals of event service vendors
o Introductory contact with all wedding professionals
o Research Ceremony and Reception Sites
o Budget Creation and Tracking
o Vendor Contract Review
o Create Personal Website on Wedding Wire (if applicable)
o Emergency Wedding Kit
o UNLIMITED Planning Sessions
o Personalized Binder
o Assist with the choosing and ordering of favors
o Aid with menu selections and tastings
o Attend all vendor meetings (based on availability)
o Assist with bridal party attire
o Assist with Invitations, and save the date cards
o Mail out invites and thank you cards (postage to be paid by couple)
o Assist with creation of programs, table numbers, etc…
o Prepare Thank You card envelopes
o Provide Rehearsal Dinner and/or Brunch Locations
*UNLIMITED calls emails and texts ( I do work Monday – Friday), so there may be a delay in responding until after 5:00pm
